Baby Bok Choy with Enoki Mushrooms
This fresh and healthy dish combines the wonderful flavors of sautéed bok choy with earthy, mellow enoki mushrooms. It works perfectly as a side and compliments rice and fish . . . we recommend the salmon. A typical serving is 4-6 ounces. (contains soy)
Recommended Heating Instructions:
For best results microwave on high for 4-6 minutes (depending on size). Stir halfway through.
