Braised Red Cabbage
This colorfully fragrant dish is perfect for cold winter days and mountain living. It's simmered slowly to allow the sweetness of the apple and the tartness of the vinegar to soak in the cabbage. We highly recommend pairing it with pork tenderloin. A typical serving is 4-6 ounces.
For best results microwave on high for 4-6 minutes (depending on size). Stir halfway through.
