Pepper Jack Polenta Cakes with chow chow


This is the perfect dish for any vegetarian or non vegetarian alike. Made with pepper jack cheese topped with chow chow consisting of chopped green tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, salt, green chili pepper, white wine vinegar, sugar, horseradish, cinnamon, allspice, and clove.  Served hot.

Recommended Heating Instructions:

Roast polenta in a 350-degree oven for 8-10 minutes or steam in a basket for 4-5 minutes.
