Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

We season the flank steak with garlic, olive oil, and herbs.  We then grill the flank steak and keep it rare so it doesn't get dried out when you heat it at home. The last step is drizzling on the chimichurri.  This is a great cut to add to any of our salads or eat on its own with garlic mash potatoes and broccolini. 8 Ounces is 1 serving. Recommended Heating Instructions:

Remove the top and cover with foil. Add a splash of liquid (stock, wine, sake, water, etc). Place in a 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
