Red Pepper Polenta Cakes with Green Tomato Relish


This is the perfect dish for any vegetarian or for people who love tasty green tomatoes.  The rich polenta cakes are mixed with red bell pepper, polenta, pecorino, thyme, and garlic. The green tomato relish has green tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, red onions, basil, garlic oil, lemon juice, canola oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. A small order comes with 2 polenta cakes and 8 ounces of relish. Contains Dairy.

Recommended Heating Instructions:

Roast polenta in a 350-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Reheat the mushroom ragu in the microwave or in a small saucepan on the stove.
