Polenta Cakes with Mushroom Ragu


This is the perfect dish for any vegetarian or for people who love tasty mushrooms.  The rich polenta cakes are seared until crispy and then topped with our hearty, tangy mushroom ragu.  A small order comes with 2 polenta cakes and 8 ounces of ragu. Contains Dairy.

Recommended Heating Instructions:

Roast polenta in a 350-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Reheat the mushroom ragu in the microwave or in a small saucepan on the stove.
