Roasted Cauliflower Soup


This fresh and healthy soup is a hearty, rustic, winter option.  It's made with cauliflower, onions, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic, potatoes, turmeric, and vegetable stock.  Almonds are provided on the side.  The more you eat, the more your body will appreciate you.


Recommended Heating Instructions:

Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or heat in a small saucepan. Top with almonds.
