Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Truth be told, I grew up in Louisville, KY, and ate A LOT of mashed potatoes as a kid. This roasted garlic version is a steakhouse classic. They are chunky, flavorful, and pair well with our beef tenderloin and broccolini.
Recommended Heating Instructions:
For best results microwave on high for 3-5 minutes (depending on size), add a splash of milk or stock. Stir halfway through.
