Roasted Heirloom Squash with Togarashi-Lime Butter


Roasted heirloom squash, mushrooms, green beans, Fresno peppers, butter, togarashi, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This dish pairs nicely with our simple salmon or our 5 spice ribs. It's an easy simple dish that can even be enjoyed by itself. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free. Can be dairy-free and vegan with butter on the side. 

Recommneded Heating Instructions:

Remove lid, place contents in a shallow saute pan, add the butter, and saute until heated through.
