Southern Lamb Stuffed Dolma
These dolmas combine two of my favorite cuisines, Southern and Mediterranean! Stuffed with lamb, rice, and spices and wrapped in collard green leaves, these hand-held treats are perfect for noshing. Served with Tzatziki sauce
Recommended Heating Instructions:
Wrap in a wet paper towl and microwave for 1-2 minutes, or steam in a shallow pan on the stovetop.
