Spinach and Leek Soup
Spinach, leeks, rice, vegetable stock, olive oil, tarragon, and cayenne pepper. Served with vegan sour cream. Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free.
Recommended Heating Instructions:
Remove the top, cover with a paper towel, and place in microwave 2-3 minutes or until heated through. You can also pour contents into a saucepan and place it on low heat until heated through.
