I grew up on a farm in Kentucky. As a kid, we picked vegetables from the garden, collected eggs from the chicken coup, and every meal was naturally “farm to table”.
At some point, we moved to the suburbs and the food became more processed and less flavorful. After graduating college, I attended the Culinary Institute of America with the mission of bringing real food back to real people. After 10 years of running a successful catering company in San Francisco, it was time for my husband, three boys, and me to move back into the type environment that I know and love. We are grateful and humble community members here in Truckee, California.
My whole life has been a combination of ingredients that has led me to this point, and this company. I’m honored to bring my food to you and your guests, and I promise you’ll love it.
