Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes


These potatoes make for a great side dish for our half chickens. These yukon gold potatoes are roasted with mint, dill, and a garlic confit. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. 

Recommended Heating Instructions:

Remove lid, cover with foil, and place in a 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes or until heated through.
