Garlic Smashed Potatoes with Barbecue Butter


A great side dish for our flank steak, these smashed potatoes are roasted with confit garlic and topped with barbeque butter. Gluten-free and vegetarian. 

Recommended Heating Instructions:

Remove lid, cover with foil, and place in a 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes or until heated through.
