We select distinct and delicious cheeses to feature on this platter, usually consisting of Humboldt Fog from Cypress Grove, aged Swiss gruyere, white cheddar from Vermont Creamery and Point Reyes Blue. The cheeses are accompanied by seasonal fresh & dried fruit, toasted almonds and crackers.
